App

The congress app includes the programme and abstracts, general information, a sponsor and exhibitor overview, venue maps, and more.
All participants have received a personal link to the app via email.
If you cannot find the link, please visit the registration desk onsite.

You will receive an email after the congress with your digital certificate.

A manned cloakroom is available for all participants free of charge.

All breaks are included in the registration for all participants and will be served in the exhibition areas on both ground floor and first floor.

Participants can collect a congress bag (kindly sponsored by Celltrion) and a Marimekko mug (courtesy of the congress) at the registration area — available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Transportation: Buses will depart from the Congress Centre at 18:15. Return shuttle buses will be available after the dinner.

  • Meeting Point: In front of the Congress Centre

Participation is free, but advance registration is required. Visit the registration desk for assistance with signing up.

All participants will receive a QR code via email a few days before the congress.
This QR code is used to print your name badge upon arrival at the venue.
Participants must wear their badges at all times.

A photographer will be present during the congress to take pictures.

All posters will be on display throughout the congress on the first floor in Room Nordia.
Poster presenters may set up their posters starting Wednesday morning.

Prizes will be granted at the congress. The award ceremony will take place on 9 May during the Closing Session from 12:30 to 13:00. The following prizes will be given:

  • 2 x Best Oral Presentation
    (Selected from Session 12: Free Communications Session)

  • 2 x Best Poster “Walk” Presentation
    (Selected from the Poster “Walk” Presentation Session)

  • 2 x Best Poster
    (Selected from the physical posters displayed in the Nodia room)

All speakers must upload their presentation in the Speakers’ Preview Room (Press Room, Ground Level) at least one hour before their session.
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.
Experienced technicians will be on hand to assist you.
Speakers with early morning sessions are advised to upload their presentations the day before.

Parking at the venue: There is onsite parking with 70 spaces for outdoor parking and the hotel next to venue has an extra 32 spaces in the garage.
