VAT: All registration fees include 25,5 % Finnish VAT.
Please note: It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT, hence the reverse charge mechanism does not apply, and it is therefore not possible for attendees, that are taxable persons in another EU country or established outside EU, to receive an invoice without local VAT. This general rule follows from article 53 & 55 of the EU VAT Directive.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before and on 10 March 2025 will be refunded deducting an administration fee of € 30.
After 10 March 2025 registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds by bank transfer or credit card will be processed after the congress. No refunds will be granted in case of a no-show.
The congress dinner ticket is not refundable.
Payment
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card (Master or VISA). Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and the only copy you will receive.
Disclaimer
If the congress is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
Sharing of contact details
CAP Partner has been appointed the official Congress Organiser for NCDV 2025. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the congress, hereunder registration and information about the congress.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
Invitation letter
Participants requiring an official letter of invitation to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the Congress Organiser at registration@cap-partner.eu.
The letter will only be issued to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the congress, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.
If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the Congress Organiser will refund the paid registration fees only when a copy of the refusal letter is received before 1 April 2025.
Applicants should contact the nearest local Embassy or Consulate to determine the appropriate timing and conditions of the visa application.
