PLEASE NOTE THE STAND IS SPACE ONLY. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE WALLS OR SHELL SCHEME, THIS IS ORDERED THROUGH OUR STAND BUILDER PARTNER, WS-EXPO Group.

WS-EXPO Group: The biggest and most reliable exhibition company in Finland. Any equipment for your stand is ordered through the NCDV webshop on WS-EXPO website. They have stand equipment, walls, standard booth packages, AV items and furniture. WS-EXPO also build customised and special stands. Concact them directly for help.

Please register all participants through the registration button on the left. 
 Follow the steps and create account. Once signed up, it is possible to buy extra registration badges.

Catering orders

Catering

Scandic Marina Congress Center retains exclusive right to provide catering within the facilities. Exhibitors are not allowed to serve any own products at the stands apart from their own company’s sweets with a company logo.


We reserve the rights to make changes in prices. Prices include VAT. All orders with this order form should be done by 23.4.2025. We cannot guarantee orders made after this date. Charge for the delayed orders is +20 %.

DSV - Shipment & Advance Storage

For shipment of stand equipment, advance storage before and after congress of stand material and products, you are welcome to use your own couriers. 
NCDV is collaborating with DSV who can provide you courier services and storage. 
Shipping labels, instructions and pricelist will be online 8-6 weeks before the congress. 

Venue do not have storage before, during the conference and do not allow boxes and packages staying after the conference ends for pick up by courier. Therefor we reccomend DSV to take care of this.
